Rustic Oak Picture Frame.

I’ve used reclaimed french barn oak dating back from the 16th century to make this Picture frame.

This rustic old wood had been used as fencing in an animal barn, it's pit sawn and has been left with its original patina intact, I’ve just given the oak a sympathetic clean and coated it in a clear wax.

The Picture frame has been fitted with an off white mount board which will hold a print of 23.5 cm x 35 cm, although you have a few Centimetres to play with if your artwork is abit bigger.

This Picture frame can be hung either way up.

Size aperture 22.5 cm x 34 cm.

External size 51.5 cm x 39.5 cm.
