Rustic Elm Picture Frame.

This amazing old Elm has been reclaimed from a barn in Maidenhead that was built by Monks over 400 years ago.

It had spent its life outside in the elements which has given it this rustic weathered patina.

I have sympathetically cleaned up the surface retaining its character and texture, and given it a few coats of clear wax to nourish the original ancient Elm.

This Picture frame has signs of wear and tear, old woodworm holes (treated) dinks, and general distress expected of something this old.

This picture frame is fitted with acrylic and comes ready to hang, please specify which way up when purchasing.
