Hobbit Mirror.

A heavy set very rustic Oak mirror that has a rugged characterful patina.

This ancient oak is French, it has been pit sawn and dates back 400 years or more, it was part of a barn that had been standing for hundreds of years.

I’ve given this old wood a gentle clean up retaining it’s original surface and nourished the oak with a few coats of clear wax.

This old wood has all the expected signs of wear and tear of something this old, this isn’t a mirror for someone who doesn’t appreciate imperfections.

This lovely mirror can be hung either way up, please specify when purchasing.
